You can discover dog-friendly places by browsing the full list of locations, using filters to narrow your search based on categories or amenities, or switching to the interactive map to explore places near you. Each listing includes useful information such as opening hours, amenities, photos, contact details.

Yes! Dog Friendly is open to businesses and organisations that welcome dogs. This currently includes cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, shopping centres, accommodation providers, attractions, activity providers, and many other dog-friendly places.

By joining as a Dog Friendly Partner, businesses can manage their listing, keep their information up to date, receive a Partner badge, and access additional features designed to help them connect with the Dog Friendly community.

The best way to support Dog Friendly is by using the app, suggesting new places, reporting outdated information, sharing the app with other dog owners, and encouraging dog-friendly businesses to join the community. Every contribution helps make the app more useful for everyone.

Businesses that have an account and manage their own listing can remove their business in their profile section. If they don't have an account, they can use the 'Report an Issue' button in an existing venue, and we'll review their request.

Yes. Dog Friendly is currently free to download and use for both dog owners and businesses.

As the app grows, we may introduce optional paid features or services to support its continued development. If we do, we'll always communicate any changes clearly in advance.

Yes! Every registered user can suggest new dog-friendly places directly through the app.

Our team reviews submissions before they're published to help maintain quality and accuracy.

If you notice incorrect or outdated information, you can report it directly through the app. We review all reports and update listings whenever needed.

We do our best to keep the information in Dog Friendly accurate and up to date by working with businesses, responding to user reports, and continuously improving information submitted by the community. To help you understand where information comes from, Dog Friendly uses a three-badge system. Community Added places have been suggested by our users. Places with a Verified badge have been verified by Dog Friendly with the business. Dog Friendly Partner places are managed directly by the business, helping to keep their information as accurate and up to date as possible.

However, details such as opening hours, amenities or dog policies may occasionally change. If you're unsure before visiting, we recommend checking directly with the business.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app by going to Profile → My Account → Delete My Account.
